I felt like I was in a cheap motel instead of a Hilton hotel. The platform beds were covered with dirt and dust, the toilet bowl had brown stains on the outside that looked like dried blood or feces, the sheets were wrinkled, and the floors were sticky and grimy. The room was in a terrible state of hygiene and sanitation. I booked a room for three nights from March 26 to March 29, 2023, and I regretted it as soon as I entered the room. However, I was very disappointed and disgusted by my recent experience. I am a loyal customer of your brand and I usually enjoy staying at your hotels. (I am posting this because my Google review can't be found.) I am writing to file a complaint with your hotel chain about the appalling conditions I encountered at your Prattville, AL location.
